Responsible for the entire operation of the vessel. Oversees the smooth operation of the entire vessel in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local Laws and regulations. Ultimately responsible for safety and security of all persons on board of vessel. Captain's licenses and all applicable certifications by a recognized maritime government body required. Extensive experience with minimum 10-15 years in multiple positions on board ships and solid experience in all navigational electronic and computerized equipment required. Diploma from an accredited maritime training school or facility and fluent English Language skills required.

- FCC Marine Radio Operations license
- Radar certification
- USCG license that satisfies COI requirements of applicable vessel
